Location: the hotel was close enough to the shopping centers, Conway and hill. I liked the room with the new beds. Helpful staff, provided information if needed. Had an enjoyable stay on vacation, would stay there again;)))

mixed feelings about my stay
The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival! The air-conditioning in my room was efficient, ensuring comfort throughout the night. I appreciated the ample lighting, made both relaxing and working in the room easy. There were plenty of nearby dining options.
The overall atmosphere felt a bit dated.

I had a fantastic experience staying here. The pool was a highlight, especially being heated! The breakfast options smelled amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful with my arrival issues. The parking was a bit tricky, though.
